We only deal with artificial jewelry. Artificial jewelry is made from a variety of non-precious materials, including base metals like brass and copper, plastics, glass, and synthetic stones, often coated with a thin layer of gold or silver. These materials are used to create affordable alternatives to fine jewelry, with higher quality pieces using durable metals like brass or stainless steel.

Q: Do you offer customization or bespoke jewelry?

Yes, we offer customization options for select pieces and can work with you on bespoke designs. Please contact us directly with your specific request, and our design team will be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide a quote.

Q: How do I find my ring, bangles & bracelets size?

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How do I place an order? 

 Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

 Yes, Charminora ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country upon delivery. Q: How long does it take to process an order? 

 All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Q: How can I track my order? 

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

Q: Can I change or modify orders that are already placed? 

You would not be able to change or modify the number of items once you have already placed an order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modifications. However, you can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order hasn't entered the shipping process yet.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your returns & return policy? 

We ensure secure, premium packaging and ship all orders through internationally reputed and trusted carriers to guarantee safe and reliable delivery.

  • Refund will be given on Damaged Products Only. You will have to ship back the damaged product to our company address.  Complaints if any should be raised within 2 days time only after receiving the products via email at support@charminora.com or through watsapp on +91 8010376645 along with supporting photos/videos. If you receive any incomplete or damaged products, such as missing earrings or incomplete sets, we kindly request that you provide a proper unboxing video as part of your complaint. This will help us expedite the resolution process. Please note that complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
